CA topper wants to be an IAS officer

Atul Agarwal from Kotputli city, near Jaipur has topped the All India ranking in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) CA final exam with 618 marks. Aagam Sandipbhai Dalal from Ahmedabad stood at AIR 2 with 615 marks, while Anurag Bagaria from Surat scored 597 marks to secure AIR 3.
