HRD Ministry introduces Atal ranking for institutions to promote innovation

To promote a culture of innovation and research in higher education, the Union government has introduced Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA), Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar announcement on Thursday.
