Agra University: Former registrar red-flagged malpractices, but no action was taken

Senior PCS officer Ravindra Pal Singh, who was appointed as the registrar of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University last year, had pointed out several cases of financial irregularities and had sent over two dozen letters regarding the same to university chancellor and UP governor Ram Naik.
