IGNOU launches Peace and Conflict course for jail inmates

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Friday launched a 'Peace Studies and Conflict Management' certificate course for jail inmates, celebrating the 150th birth anniversary year of Mahatma Gandhi.
