Count surplus teachers only after admissions are complete, say graduate teachers

Graduate teachers - teachers who handle Classes VI to X - from government schools in the state have sought the principal secretary to the department of school education that during transfer counselling for surplus graduate teachers, which is slated to take place this month-end, only those of them without who don't have enough workload should be transferred.
