Engineer builds machine to extract quality edible oil

Adulterated edible oil has always been a health concern. Now, a Bengaluru-based startup, headed by 24-year-old Mangalurean Anjana Kamath, seeks to address the concern by designing an oil extraction machine. She is opening her pure oil store ‘Healthy Fibres’ in Mangaluru on Sunday, where customers can watch oil extraction live before deciding on buying the product.
