PUTA elections: 22 per cent professors lost their cast votes as invalid; University scholars question over IQ

The votes of as many as 22 percent professors, assistant and associate professors, who had cast their votes in a recently held Punjabi University Teachers' Association (PUTA) election at Punjabi University Patiala, has found to be invalid.
