Telangana universities slip in NIRF ranking, five engineering institutions crash out of top 200

Several institutions from the state slipped in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020 rankings which were released by Union minister of human resource development Ramesh Pokhriyal on Thursday. Only 11 engineering institutions from Telangana figured in the top 200 compared to 16 in last year’s rankings.
