Karnataka plans to reopen colleges on July 19

Bengaluru: Karnataka is contemplating reopening of colleges across the state on July 19, with 64% of students and 85% of staff in government and aided colleges having received at least one dose of vaccine so far. It also plans to make vaccination must for students attending offline classes. tnn
