Kerala Govt Vs. Governor: Cases Ruin University's Reputation, Says HC

When universities around the world are achieving breakthroughs, it’s time to rethink whether open litigation should be allowed between the constitutional authorities of a university as reputation is ruined and students are badly affected, the Kerala High Court said on Tuesday.
