Odia University to be inaugurated in July first week

The Odia University at Satyabadi in Puri district of Odisha will be inaugurated by the state government in the first week of July. The higher education department has decided to complete the admission process for this academic session before the inauguration. A Common PG Entrance Test will be conducted for admission into the university in three subjects. The university is spread over 25 acres of land and will promote research and higher studies in Odia language and literature. The first phase of development will include classrooms, hostels, administrative block, library, and other basic facilities.
