Two professors of Jadavpur University involved in ISRO's soft landing project for planetary mission

Two professors from Jadavpur University in Kolkata have been working on a soft landing project for a planetary mission sponsored by ISRO. The project is part of ISRO's 'RESPOND' scheme, which involves collaboration with academic institutions in the field of space science and technologies. The professors, along with their team, submitted a project on autolander for a planetary mission to ISRO in 2019 and completed it in 2022.
